Executive AI Delegation
Delegate intent. Decide before it happens. Keep the evidence.
Apex lets a leader issue a directive in plain language. AI drafts the plan, a panel of AI reviewers judges it under your decision policy, and nothing runs until a person approves it. Decision policies can also allow, warn on or block governed actions elsewhere on the platform before they take effect. Every verdict is kept in a decision ledger, so you can say why something was blocked.
Agent platforms that act on their own usually govern only their own loop. Apex puts leaders in command of the whole estate: a plain-language directive becomes an AI-drafted plan that a reviewer panel judges and a person approves before anything runs, while decision policies can stop governed actions in any product before they take effect, with every verdict on record.
- Issue a directive and receive a finished deliverable to accept or reject
- Choose how each policy acts before an action takes effect: gate, warn, or notice
- Set which actions are intercepted and which AI reviewer panel judges them, per organization
- Cap spend per directive, with an early warning
- Ask "why was this blocked?" and get the decision record in plain language
What you get
What Apex gives your team.
Directives to deliverables
Issue intent, review an AI-drafted plan of up to thirty steps, approve it, and accept or reject the briefing that comes back.
Human approval gate
A person must approve every plan, backed by a recorded panel review or an explicit acknowledgement that none ran.
Adjudicator panels
Up to eight AI reviewers with their own charters and weights, judged by quorum, and tested with a dry run first.
Pre-effect decision policies
Policies notice, warn on or gate chosen action classes before they happen, bound to people, roles, teams or the whole organization.
Spending caps
Set a cap per directive with a warning at 80%; new work is refused at the cap while running work continues.
Decision ledger and coverage map
An append-only record of every verdict, with a map of which policy covers each action class and a replay of drafts on past activity.
How it works
- 1
Issue a directive
A leader states intent in plain language. AI drafts a plan of up to thirty steps mixing human tasks, scripts run across machines in waves, and AI agent tasks.
- 2
Panel reviews the plan
A panel of up to eight AI reviewers, each with its own charter and weight, judges the plan by quorum. Dry-run the panel against a scenario first.
- 3
A person approves it
Nothing runs until a person promotes the plan, backed by a recorded panel review or an explicit acknowledgement that none ran. A spending cap warns at 80%.
- 4
Accept the deliverable
Accept, reject or send back the AI-written briefing. The decision ledger records every panel review and intercepted action; replay draft policies against up to a year of history.
Ask AI about Apex
Every Apex page has an Ask AI button. It opens a chat that already has the page, its rows, and your selection. Try asking:
- Which of my directives are waiting for plan approval, and what has each cost so far?
- Why was this action blocked? Show me the policy and verdict that decided it.
- Which panels on this page have the most reviewers, and what quorum does each use?
How teams use it
- Hand a routine IT task to AI and approve the plan before anything runs.
- Block a risky action across products and show the reason to an auditor.
- Rehearse a new policy on last quarter's activity before enforcing it.
