Spatial Workspace

Hive Mode — your entire platform on an infinite canvas

Hive is the way you move around the platform. Instead of a fixed menu hierarchy, it gives IT and security teams an infinite, pannable canvas where every product and page becomes a live, draggable, resizable card. Arrange an organization tree, a device inventory, an alert feed and a chat side by side, then save the arrangement as a named view for your role. It is navigation, not a separate product to deploy.

Operations teams watch many things at once. Hive Mode turns live views from across the platform, such as remote sessions, camera walls, and alert feeds, into one arranged workspace, and you can switch back to classic navigation at any time.

  • Infinite, pannable, zoomable canvas
  • Every product embeds as a live, draggable, resizable card
  • Open pages from any product as connected cards
  • Saveable personal workspace views
  • Switch between Hive Mode and classic navigation at any time

What you get

What Hive gives your team.

1

Products and pages on one canvas

Product cards and individual page nodes sit together on a pannable, zoomable surface with a minimap, and product menus fan out so you can add a page from its card.

2

Every page embeds live

Any standard page opens as a fully interactive node without special adaptation, so you work in it exactly as you would outside the canvas.

3

Automatic layout

A layout toolbar re-arranges the whole canvas with a choice of layout engine, type and direction, and new nodes are placed without overlapping existing ones.

4

Float, minimize or pin

Pages float as standalone nodes, minimize to their header, or pin into a collapsible, reorderable panel inside their parent product's card.

5

Links open beside you

A link clicked inside a page opens its target as a linked node next to it, so you never leave the canvas, and a page already open is brought forward.

6

Saved, named views

Keep multiple named views per person, organized in private folders, so each role gets a purpose-built workspace that anyone can switch to.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open your canvas

Hive Mode opens your default view on an infinite, pannable and zoomable canvas with a minimap. If you have no view yet, a default one is created for you.

  2. 2

    Add products and pages

Place product cards, then add a page from a card's tile menu, which fans out sub-navigation. Any standard page embeds as a live, interactive node, and placement avoids overlapping existing content.

  3. 3

    Arrange and connect

Drag and resize, or run an automatic layout. Pages float, minimize or pin into their product's card, and a link clicked inside a page opens its target as a linked node beside it.

  4. 4

    Save a view per role

Moves and resizes auto-save. Keep several named views, set a default, and file them in personal folders, so on-call, compliance and help desk staff each open their own workspace.

Ask AI about Hive

Every Hive page has an Ask AI button. It opens a chat that already has the page, its rows, and your selection. Try asking:

  • Summarize what the table in this node shows and point out anything that looks unusual.
  • Which rows did I select in this node, and which actions are available for them?
  • Show only the items needing attention in this node's table, and offer to save that view.

How teams use it

  • Keep an incident view with a device inventory, alert feed and chat open together.
  • Build a camera wall of live feeds beside the network map for a security operations desk.
  • Save one layout per role so on-call, compliance and help desk staff each open their own workspace.
